DELIVERY POLICY

At Tubebé Istanbul, we place great emphasis on carefully preparing your products. Therefore, the time for orders to be shipped can take up to 2 days. And after being handed over to the shipping company, they are delivered to your address within 1 or 2 days.

We only provide service for orders within Turkey through our website. For international and wholesale orders, please contact us.

Every Tubebé Istanbul garment is crafted with love and care. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange it, we gladly offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since receiving your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including tags and plastic packaging. Garments must not be washed or worn. And please note, that Tubebé Istanbul does not offer free returns. You are welcome to choose any local courier.

 

If you wish to exchange an item to another size, style or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange, applying the same procedure as stated in "How to Return" section.
